This electronic website was created under the supervision of Dr. Zaidi Amal, professor of class lecture A, Faculty of Law and Political Science, Setif University 2.
And this is within the framework of embodying the goals of the research project that she heads on the topic ““ Algerian economic law and a market economy ”
The idea of this site is part of an effort to enrich scientific research on legal mechanisms to achieve economic openness, as well as strengthening national institutions affiliated with the public and private sectors and promoting the national product.
It is assumed that this endeavor will be embodied in amendments that affect the legal texts regulating the activity of economic agents, whether active in the public or private sector, and their impact on daily practices in different markets and in the relationship of the competent authorities to control the market with them. In reality, however, we do not see a real devotion to the market economy’s thugs in the economic dealings in Algeria. This imbalance in the functioning of the markets in Algeria may be due to political, ideological, social or even cultural factors.
Our aim is to examine the extent to which there are legal factors that prevent actual devotion to the market economy in Algeria and that are drawn from an analysis of the way the legislator addresses the issue of entering different markets and engaging in economic activities in them. How consistent are the provisions of the Algerian economic law with the principles of a market economy?
